Yeasted loaves and rolls

Yeasted bread is a dough that has been raised with yeast. Yeast is a product that when combined with the right conditions, for example: warmth and sugar, will produce carbon dioxide which will make a dough rise. Yeasted bread often has a light and fluffy texture and is ideal for using with soups and sandwiches.

Our Favorites

Our Panini loaf is made from 100% organic white flour and comes in a sandwich or continental loaf in a range of sizes. This loaf of bread is perfect for sandwiches, toast and is a general all rounder.

This popular loaf is made with organic wholemeal flour and is packed with a five different seeds Sunflower seed. kibbled rye, linseed, crushed soy and crushed wheat. It is excellent for garlic bread with a crunch.

The organic pepita loaf is a multigrain loaf topped with crunchy pepita seeds for a little bit of excitement and a great source of protein.

Our organic polenta and sultana loaf is rarely found after ten o’clock in the morning. A popular breakfast loaf, it is made with 90% unbleached white flour and 10% polenta corn meal and heaps of juicy Australian grown sultanas.

Ciabatta bread is ideal for dipping and is very at home on a cheeseboard or with your favourite savoury spread. Our rustic Ciabatta comes in organic white and seeded wholemeal.

Our spinach and olive loaf is very popular during winter as it is an ideal accompaniment to a hearty winter dish (that’s not to say its not just as popular in summer at your bbq). Made with organic white flour it is generously seasoned throughout with fresh spinach and kalamata olives.

Sourdough Loaves

Sourdough is a form of bread made with a lactobacillus starter culture. This is an ancient form of bread leavening and was used before the advent of yeast. Sourdough is so named for the slight tang that the bread will adopt due to the lactic acid produced by the starter culture. Download our sourdough information sheet for more.

This dense loaf is made with organic wheat flour and packed full of delicious fruit, honey, spices and nuts.

Made completely with organic spelt flour this loaf is suitable for those who prefer a substitute to wheat without the density of rye.

This loaf is made with 100%rye in the form of rye flour and rye meal. This is dark rich bread that will keep for an extended period of time.

This is a mixed flour loaf (wholemeal and white organic) which is flavoured generously with sunflower and sesame seeds which are both a good source of protein and vitamin E.

Pumpernickel is a dense and textured loaf made with wholemeal and rye meal, sunflower seeds, rolled barley and malt.
