About Abhi's
In 1999, Heinz Muller started with a small corner shop bakery located on the corner of South Terrace and Nelson St in Fremantle.
With a vision of bringing European baking finesse fused with organic and natural products to Australia he transformed Abhi's into a successful and ever growing business which celebrated its tenth year just recently.
In 2008 due to a rapidly increasing wholesale clientele, the production aspect of our bakery was relocated to O’connor and although the location has changed the quality has not!
Abhis has become a landmark of Fremantle although we do deliver to a several restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and gourmet delis around the metro area and beyond.
The Team
The Chefs
Our qualified bakers and pastry chefs are up early every morning lovingly crafting our breads and pastries every day of the week. Tirelessly working so that they may bring you the finest quality breads with recipes from European countries most renowned for their baking.
The Management
As the bakery is now in two locations, wholesale and accounts are now handled at our O’Connor site by a superbly efficient team who are always willing to help you with any enquiries you may have as a new or existing customer.
The Shop
Here at Abhis we have a wonderful team ready to serve your every need. The knowledgeable staff in the shop are always ready to answer any questions you have about our breads to help you make the right decision for you as it can be a little tricky with all that choice!
Great bread is important to us, great service is vital and we fully understand the need for speedy, smiley and spectacular service.
Some of our staff have been with us for over ten years and know the value of the loyal customer.
Fremantle Markets
Every weekend you can find us at the iconic Fremantle markets located on the corner of South Terrace and Henderson street (we are in between the food hall and the craft hall on the left hand side). Here we display a selection of our breads and pastries and showcase the actual production of the bread from start to finish.
So if you are early enough you may actually pick up something that is still warm.
Some of the staff there you will have seen before in our shop so don’t forget to say hello!
Fremantle markets are open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
